Integrated Radial + Bidirectional Axial Support in One Unit
The ZARF35110-TV-A combines a radial needle roller bearing with two opposing axial cylindrical roller bearings in a single envelope. Compared with a conventional arrangement of one radial bearing plus two separate thrust bearings, this integrated design significantly reduces axial space while maintaining full bidirectional axial capacity. For ball screw fixed-end supports, this means a shorter, stiffer bearing block without sacrificing load rating.

Heavy-Series Axial Capacity (105 kN Dynamic)
At 105 kN dynamic axial load rating, the ZARF35110-TV-A sits in the heavy series of the ZARF range. This capacity is intended for ball screws and leadscrews that see substantial axial thrust during acceleration, cutting, or clamping—conditions where a lighter-series bearing would either be under-sized or require a larger bore.

Line Contact for High Rigidity
Both the radial needle rollers and the axial cylindrical rollers operate in line contact, producing minimal deformation under load and excellent system rigidity. The specified axial rigidity of 3,500 N/µm is a direct consequence of this geometry, and it is the property that matters most in positioning systems where axial compliance translates into lost motion.

PA66 Cage (TV) for Smooth Running
The PA66 glass-fibre reinforced plastic cage guides the rolling elements with low friction and is suitable for the medium-to-high speeds and oscillating duty cycles typical of machine tool axes. The cage is a standard, proven configuration in the ZARF series—not an experimental or niche option.

Screw-Mounted, Pre-Located Interface
The bearing housing face carries 12 threaded or through holes on an 88 mm pitch circle, allowing direct bolting to the machine structure. Combined with the recommended ZMA35/70 (radial) and AM35 (axial) locknuts, the bearing can be axially and radially located without custom spacers or bearing covers.
